You must list your home for sale with

your home must sell while listed with

a commission to be paid to Real Estate

your home. Gutter work must be paid
for in full on completion of installation
the cost of said gutter installation to be
refunded at completion of closing of

by way of check payable to the seller by

HOME BUYERS:
You must purchase a home through Joe
Clemons and Real Estate One with Real
Estate One and Joe Clemons being paid
a commission with any and all work to
be completed by A.M.G. GUTTER AND
DOWNSPOUTS after the date of
closing/possession of keys by buyer. All
work will be scheduled within one year
of closing, weather permitting at the
sole discretion of A.M.G. GUTTER AND
DOWNSPOUTS. This offer has no cash
value and may not be substituted or
refunded. All warranties/Liability are the
responsibility of A.M.G. GUTTER AND
DOWNSPOUTS. Real Estate One is not
party to/does not warranty/gaurantee
any part of this offer. By making this
offer Joe Clemons, A.M.G. GUTTER AND
DOWNSPOUTS and Real Estate One do
not guarantee any service to be
preformed/rendered. This offer may be
canceled at with out notice and applies
to new contracts in force on or after
2/15/2008 ESTIMATED VALUE NOT
EXCEED 10% OF GROSS COMMISSION
